DEMESTRI + LEFEUVRE is the company behind the various artistic projects of French-Argentinian dancers and choreographers Florencia Demestri and Samuel Lefeuvre. Over the past few years, they have embarked on a cycle of creations questioning the imaginary worlds on which we build our relationship to the world and to living things, as well as a project entitled «Cellules de Recherche Nomades» (Nomadic Research Cells), driven by the desire to move around, creating encounters to nourish and renew their questioning outside the confines of production. By exploring non-anthropocentric dramaturgies that seek to establish relationships of affection with living non-humans, D+L invite us to de-hierarchize our gaze and privilege a sensory, non-analytical apprehension of the world.

The company DEMESTRI & LEFEUVRE gives shape to the various artistic projects of Franco-Argentinian dancers and choreographers Florencia Demestri and Samuel Lefeuvre. For several years, they have started a cycle of creations questioning the imaginations on which we build our relationship with the world and living things, as well as a project entitled "Nomadic Research Cells" driven by the desire to move, by creating meetings to nourish and renew their questions outside the production paths. Through the exploration of non-anthropocentric dramaturgies which seek to establish relationships of affection with non-human living things, D+L invite us to de-hierarchize our gaze and to favor a sensory and non-analytical apprehension of the world.
